The Impact of Employer Matching

Some donors do not realize their employer will match charitable gifts until they ask. One Franciscan Works supporter discovered that her company matched charitable contributions and submitted a request for her recurring child sponsorship. The result was simple: the same gift, twice the impact, at no additional cost to her.

What began as one monthly act of generosity became expanded support for the children and students served through Liberia Mission. Gifts like these help provide education, meals, care, and opportunities for children while strengthening a mission that today is home to 32 children in our residential program and serves more than 600 students overall.
